Selling Your MusicEmubands.com - Site ReviewEmuBands is a Digital Distribution service which allows independent record labels and unsigned bands and artists to sell their music through major online stores such as iTunes, Napster, HMV Digital, Virgin Digital, Tunetribe and more.
You keep 100% of all sales revenue and in return they charge a one-off payment of £24.95 for a single (1 or 2 tracks), £34.95 for an EP (3 - 5 tracks) or £49.95 for an album (6+ tracks).
They send you royalty statements by e-mail and then pay you either by bank transfer or by PayPal, whichever you prefer.
The EmuBands agreement is a non-exclusive licence. This means that ownership and control still lies with you, and that you can sign as many other licence deals as you wish.
Artwork is required for every release, but if you don't have any, then a band / artist logo or photo is sufficient.
