They have premium membership with web hosting which allows members to build a professional music website without web building and graphic design experience.

You can sign up for the Reviewer membership and review all genres and types of music. These reviews, along with peer and pro reviews, help determine which songs reach our Top 10 Charts. With daily updates, these ever-changing charts are a popular source for discovering new music. You also have the ability to communicate with artists by sending fan mail to your favorite new musicians.
