They charge $19.99/year which allows you to sell your songs on the site. People who don't sign up can only put their music up for free downloads.
To sell merchandise and CDs in the shop, it costs 29.99 pounds annually.
After you pay the $19.99, you are required to put one song up for free before you can start selling your songs. The idea is to give listeners a flavor of your music before they purchase the real thing.
The site sets the price for all songs at 89 pence each, of which Epictunes gets 10%.
Payment method is by means of a 'Moneybox'. You can check your balance in the Moneybox and decide at which amount you would like your balance to reach before you request a payout. You can choose from 20, 50, 100 and 200 pounds. Money is transferred by paypal or cheque.
