The Talent Scout launched in 1996, with the sole intention of creating a platform for the UK’s top unsigned bands and artists to showcase their material to those in the industry.

Unfortunately, the site is only for bands in the U.K.

You can send your demo in by snail mail or send a link to your web site if you want them to listen to an MP3. They then respond by email.
